Michael R. Martin, Chairman
Michael R. Martin has served on the Hidalgo Medical Services Board of Directors since 2003. As a member of the Board, Mr. Martin is focused on making sure that HMS services are available to all and that the mission of HMS is a focal point of the organization.
In addition to his role on the Board, Mr. Martin is currently President and CEO of Western Bank, and President of HADECO, Lordsburg Hidalgo County Business Team.
Mr. Martin earned his Professional Masters of Banking from Louisiana State University and his BS in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M.
Magdaleno Manzanarez, PhD
Magdaleno Manzanarez has served on the Hidalgo Medical Services Board of Directors since 2003. As a member and officer of the Board, Dr. Manzanarez is focused on making sure that HMS services are affordable.
Dr. Manzanarez is currently an Associate Professor of Political Science at Western New Mexico University.
Dr. Manzanarez earned his PhD degree in Political Science at Northern Arizona University.
